These Terms and Conditions together with Pacvac Pty Ltd’s Privacy, Shipping and Delivery, Warranty, Refund and Returns policies, constitute an agreement between Pacvac Pty Ltd (Pacvac, we, our, us) and you, the visitor and/or customer (you, your).

Your use of this website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the Terms and Conditions set out below. By browsing / using our website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Pacvac reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time, without providing notice to you. Continued use of the website after any amendments, constitutes an agreement by you to abide by the new Terms and Conditions.

Pacvac’s Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and therefore we encourage you to read our Privacy Policy prior to browsing our website further.

Security

By using this website, you agree and accept responsibility for all activities that occur using your account and password, maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer.

Order delivery

Our online store currently accepts orders placed by customers with a delivery address within the United Kingdom only (we currently only dispatch orders to mainland UK).

Delivery times provided on this website serve as estimates only, Pacvac are not liable for any late deliveries or shipping delays.

Pricing

Prices quoted on the website are in Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of a Value-Added Tax (VAT) of 20%.

Warranty

Pacvac warrants all our machines (body and motor) and machine components against faulty material and / or workmanship for a period of two years from date of purchase (excluding the battery pack and charger of which Pacvac warrants for a period of one year from date of purchase), however the policy does not cover reasonable wear through use of any consumable parts.

Our goods come with statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

For major failures, you may choose a refund or replacement.
For minor faults, we will repair or replace the product where possible.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. It does not limit or replace those rights.

Note: Pacvac will replace parts determined as faulty however this does not cover reasonable wear through normal use of any consumable parts including but not limited to, bags, filters, hoses, wands, electrical leads, carbon brushes and floor tools etc.

Warranty does not cover any machine or component that has been altered, abused, neglected, modified, used with non-genuine Pacvac components or that has not been used and maintained as advised in the Product Manual.

All reasonable expenses associated with returning goods for a warranty claim are the consumer’s responsibility.

Pacvac has the right to request pictures and videos of warranty product failures or to request to have those parts returned to Pacvac's warehouse in the United Kingdom or an Authorised Service and Warranty Agent.

Refund and returns

At Pacvac, we love our products, and we want you to love them just as much as we do!

We recommend you read our Returns Policy prior to making your purchase, and if for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, we're here to help!

Our Returns Policy applies to purchases made from pacvac.com/uk only, and for any other refunds/returns please contact your place of purchase.

Machines / Consumables

Pacvac offers a 28-day return from the date the chosen courier delivers the item/s to the customer, provided the below conditions are met and a proof of purchase is provided to Pacvac.

Incorrect delivery, defective or damaged items?

We recommend, when you receive your item/s, you immediately inspect any item/s that we deliver to you, ensuring they match those listed on your order confirmation, and that the item/s are in fit condition.

The customer is entitled to a full refund for an item that has been incorrectly delivered, or for any item with a major defect and / or has been damaged in transit, so long as your claim is made within 14 days (inclusive of weekends) from the date the chosen courier delivers the item/s to the customer.

We require an image of the damaged or incorrect item to be provided with the Returns Form.

Upon receiving the Returns Form and associated image, Pacvac will freight a replacement item in fit condition at Pacvac’s expense.

Change of mind

It's okay to change your mind, but we recommend that you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Pacvac offer a full refund for purchases that are returned unused and in the same sellable condition as they were received.

The return claim must be made to Pacvac within 14 days (inclusive of weekends) from the date the chosen courier delivers the item/s to the customer.

Please note, the customer is responsible for arranging the return of the item/s and will be liable for the associated freight expenses.  The good/s must be received by Pacvac within the 28 days from the date the chosen courier delivers the item/s to the customer. 

Once the good/s are received by Pacvac, a credit will be issued to the customer for the cost of the good/s only.

The is only available on item/s that have been returned in the same sellable condition in which they were sold to the customer.

The 28-day return option for change of mind is only available once per customer per item.

We attempt to display product images shown on the website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see matches the product colour, as the display of the colour depends, in part, upon the device you are viewing the website on.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time, without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied to the website, should be taken to indicate that all information on the website has been modified or updated.

Those links are provided for convenience only and may not remain current or be maintained. Pacvac is not responsible for the content or privacy practices associated with linked websites. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions applicable to such websites. Pacvac will not be liable to you, or any other person, for any loss, damage, cost, expense, liability or inconvenience incurred, paid or suffered as a result of your use of such websites.

You acknowledge and accept that all ownership rights of trademarks, designs, graphics, logos, photographs, text, videos, data files, HTML and other code contained within our website, remains with Pacvac and no title is passed to you.
