We recommend you read our returns policy prior to making your purchase, and if for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, we're here to help!
Our returns policy applies to purchases made from shop.pacvac.com/au only, and for any other refunds/returns please contact your place of purchase.
Pacvac offers a 30-day return from the date the chosen courier delivers the machine/s to the customer.
If the customer opts to return the machine/s within the 30-day period, the customer will need to complete the returns form below and arrange and pay for the freight of the unit back to Pacvac’s warehouse.
Once the machine/s are received by Pacvac, a credit will be issued to the customer for the cost of the machine/s only.
The 30-day return option is only available once per customer, per Pacvac machine model.
Incorrect delivery, defective or damaged items?
We know you're excited to recieve your new machine!
But before you use it, we recommend you immediately inspect any items that we deliver to you, ensuring they match those listed on your order confirmation, and that the items are in fit condition.
The customer is entitled to a full refund for an item that has been incorrectly delivered, or for any item with a major defect and / or has been damaged in transit, so long as your claim is made within 30 days (inclusive of weekends) from the date the chosen courier delivers the item/s to the customer.
We require an image of the damaged or incorrect item to be provided with the returns form.
Upon receiving the returns form and associated image, Pacvac will freight a replacement item in fit condition at Pacvac’s expense.
Change of mind
It's okay to change your mind, but we recommend that you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
Pacvac offer a full refund for purchases that are returned unused and in the same sellable condition as they were received.
The return claim must be made to Pacvac within 30 days (inclusive of weekends) from the date the chosen courier delivers the item/s to the customer.
Please note, the customer is responsible for arranging the return of the items as per the conditions set out in this policy and will be liable for the associated freight expenses.
The 30-day return option on consumables is only available once per customer per item.
If all items received match the requirements of this policy, the return conditions will be actioned based on the outlined in your completed returns form.

Please ensure that the following items are included with your returned package:
- Return address clearly listed on the outside of the package.
- Order number clearly listed on the outside of the package.
- A printed copy of the proof of purchase.
