Dispatch
Pacvac provides same day dispatch, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) when orders are placed before 11am (AWST).
Please note that Dangerous Goods, such as batteries or machines containing batteries, may have a slightly longer dispatch timeframe.
Whilst we do everything possible to ensure same day dispatch, there may be times during peak delivery times (holiday seasons and promotional periods) as well as business shutdowns during stocktake and the Christmas period, where this cannot be provided.

Your order may arrive in multiple parcels. Please refer to your tracking email for courier information and tracking number. You can click the link provided to go directly to the courier’s tracking page, or manually copy this number into the tracking page, where any additional parcels will be shown.

I haven't received my package yet
To check the delivery status of your order, please check who your order is being delivered with and copy the tracking number into either the Australia Post, DHL, Border Express, Air Road or or DPD Local tracking search bars. (See below for information).
If you've ordered multiple packages, you may receive them one at a time. You can see the status of your complete delivery using your tracking number.
Please note that during sales/promotions and the Christmas season, delivery services experience high volumes. We appreciate your patience with any potential delivery delays.
